OUR REALIZATION
With its myriad of opportunities, the telecommunications industry has been termed the 'Best Kept Secret.' Despite its potential, many still need to learn about the vast employment prospects it offers. Add to that the disparity in training: there must be more standardized, nationwide training modules. New recruits need more uniform training, and the industry grapples with an absence of reliable credentials. Mr. Clark's observation was broader than just recognizing these issues. Still, he was moved by a compelling desire: to become a beacon of solution and betterment for the future of telecommunications.
OUR ORGINS
CSG Inc. emerged from the visionary mind of Mr. Daniel Clark, President of Carolinas Solution Group, in 2019. With his deeply rooted expertise in the fiber optic realm, Mr. Clark is not only one of the industry's most seasoned veterans but also its keenest observer. Through his eyes, the rapid growth of the fiber optic sector was evident, but so were its challenges. He saw the looming fiber workforce shortage, realizing that the industry's needs far outpaced its available workforce.

In collaboration with the service provider community, we are diligently establishing the necessary training infrastructure, thereby creating the much-needed workforce pipeline that the industry so critically requires.
